How will I get credit for sales?
Please remember that to ensure proper credit for purchases, all merchants'
sites MUST be accessed through the links in your Big N Marketplace. Each individual Big N Marketplace site has its own set of links. There is an
identifier in each link which shows your Team National ID number. You can see
your ID number at the end of the address in your browser's Address line when
you're in your Big N Marketplace. This information gets passed through to the merchant and your Team
National ID number is recognized as the affiliate who will get credit for any sales made at that merchant's site during that session.
Do the merchants pay commissions on gift cards?
Home Depot pays commissions on purchases of gift cards when you purchase
those cards on-line. However, those cards cannot be used on-line. As a rule,
the other stores do not pay commissions on gift cards. Check each store's
Details and Specials page for more information.
When must
a purchase be made in order to get credit for sales?
This varies depending on the particular merchant. Some merchants hold a
"cookie" in their system when the customer first goes to their site from
your Big N Marketplace. They will retain information regarding that visit
for up to a week or more. This means that a customer could go back to that
site for up to a week after his/her initial visit and you would get credit
for any sales. HOWEVER, because this varies from merchant to merchant,

ENSURE PROPER CREDIT FOR PURCHASES, ALL MERCHANTS' SITES MUST BE ACCESSED
THROUGH THE LINKS IN YOUR BIG N MARKETPLACE PAGE.
How much does each merchant pay?
Again, this varies from company to company. A link to a detail page that
describes a store's commission is found to the left of each store's link on
the
Big N Marketplace home page.
What must I do to qualify for commissions?
You must be a Team National IMD.
How and when will I be paid?
National Companies will collect the commissions due from the participating
merchants and, if your commissions meet the $15.00 minimum, National
Companies will then disburse your earned share of these funds to you in the
form of a check approximately 90-120 days after you meet the minimum. You
will not receive any payments directly from the participating merchants.
Please note that the date of a purchase and the date that the merchant
actually records a purchase for commission may not be the same. For example,
if a purchase is made on a Saturday, it may be Monday or Tuesday
before the credit for that purchase would be entered by the merchant. Please
keep this in mind, especially if a purchase is made on the last day of the
month. The record of that purchase may not be posted until the
first or second day of the following month. Another factor in determining
when commissions are paid is the payment threshold. A minimum amount of commission must be earned before a
merchant will pay a commission. For example, Carrot Ink requires that $25 in commissions be earned before they will send a check to National Companies. When that $25 threshold is met, they will mail the
commission check. Until a merchant's threshold is met, however, they do not send a check for commission. The advantage that you have as a Team National IMD is that all sales from all IMDs' Personal Team
National Websites are tallied collectively. In other words, the payment thresholds are met through the collective sales of all IMDs' Big N Marketplaces. Please keep in mind though that it may still take some
time for thresholds to be met in the less popular merchants' stores. A link

Is
there a minimum commission that I must earn before I am paid?
Yes. The minimum is $15.00.
What is Team National's cut of the commissions?
Team National does not retain any of the commissions that are due you.
Will points go into my product program for purchases
that are made through my Big N Marketplace?
No.
