| When Mike bought his benefit package in August, 2000 just to save money on a new SUV, he never intended to participate in the optional earnings program and for thirty-four months he didn't. Mike and Anna started dating in November 1999 and Anna knew about the SUV purchase and that was about all she knew of Team National. Since Mike had chosen not to refer the benefits package they were just continuing their jobs and lives. Mike was a band director at a local Christian school and Anna was an ophthalmic technician at a local ophthalmology practice and Team National was definitely on the back burner. Even though their host, Richard Chamberlin called periodically to encourage Mike to attend local and regional events, the timing just wasn't right and Mike never thought the referral program of Team National was for him. In November 2002, Mike and Anna were married and after eight months of marriage they were faced with the reality that most married couples face periodically, a shortage in their family budget. The call to invite Mike and Anna to Freedom Celebration in Perry, Georgia in June, 2003 was certainly prophetic timing by Richard Chamberlin. Mike and Anna went even though Mike was reluctant to attend. After hearing the life changing stories from the stage that day, they decided to work the Team National business. In less than a year after attending that event, their Team National income had tripled both their full time incomes. While only Bronze Presidential Directors, Mike resigned his teaching position and three months later Anna came home from her job as well. The rest is history. Mike and Anna thank God publicly that Richard Chamberlin never gave up on them. "Never give up on anyone because you never know when their timing will be right as well." Mike says. Less than nine months after Mike and Anna retired from their full time jobs, they were Platinum Presidential Directors in April, 2005 and reached the Double Platinum Presidential status in February, 2007. The most rewarding part of the road to Double Platinum has been the gratification of seeing other team members move up to Presidential, Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum. The most unique and wonderful aspect of the Team National compensation plan is helping other people succeed and move up the ladder of success. When you help others succeed, you will succeed as well. To quote Dick Loehr, "Work for success and the money will chase you down!" Dick is certainly right according to Mike and Anna. Mike often speaks of the day he and Anna were traveling in their 45' Newmar Mountain Aire motor coach and Anna was smiling ear to ear while looking at the sunset as they traveled through the mountains of Alabama, and Anna said, "I'm living my dream life and Mike agreed that he was too." This couple never dreamed four years ago when they made their decision to work this business they would have achieved what they have achieved in four short years. This couple is fond of Bertha Damon's quote, "Getting what you go after is success, but liking it while you are getting it is happiness." The day Team National delivered their Double Platinum rings was one of our best days according to Mike and Anna. After realizing that National Companies had just awarded them one of the most prestigious mementos the company has to offer, they both agreed that the relationships and financial rewards were well worth the effort they gave to get here.
